//The TRAX technology is used by factory racing teams in Enduro, MX and Rally

//The rider experiences much less physical strain

// WP XACT PRO 7750 Shock Absorbers are the most innovative shock absorbers on the market. The TRAX unit is a very compact system in the bottom mounting fork of the shock, which significantly improves the grip of the rear wheel. This system has been successfully implemented by the Factory Racing department and many World Championship titles prove how effective it is. The TRAX system has been developed in order to reduce the time frame after a bump where acceleration is not possible because of the slow rebound of the rear wheel. The TRAX system registers when the rear wheel has no ground contact and immediately opens an oil bypass so that the rebound can expand faster than is possible with a conventional system.

Fully adjustable compression and rebound damping allows individual optimization for each rider and their style of riding.

WP PRO XACT Shock Absorbers replace the original shock absorber. They are designed to fit in the original frame. The shock absorber can also be reused for other motorbikes of the same type. The shock absorbers can be fine-tuned by any WP Distributor to match the requirements individual tracks or usage (e.g. Rally). Additionally a wide range of simple adjustments allow the rider to fully adjust the shock. WP TRAX Shocks are tested and designed to offer the highest performance in combination with the WP Cone Valve Forks.

//Lightweight construction

//More comfort when using harder set-ups

Critical slow motion combat mod 1

//All adjustments made externally

//No sealing surface so minimum drop of pressure after valves opens

//Unlimited opening up of WP Cone Valve so harshness reduced

//No shims, therefore no loss of damping because of bent shims

//AER fork option saves up to 1kg compared to conventional competition forks

//High quality coating

// The WP XACT PRO 7548 fork permits almost limitless damping performance due to a unique valving system. The setup of a conventional damping system has always been a compromise between sufficient comfort and bottoming reserves, whereas the Cone Valve technology now permits a combination of both factors, resulting in outstanding damping behavior in all driving situations. The WP XACT PRO Fork comes made to measure for every customer and is made of the highest quality materials and coatings which have been developed in close collaboration with current World Championship riders of KTM, HUSQVARNA and many more. Enjoy the riding experience with our top of the line suspension.

// The WP XACT PRO 7448 air fork combines two of WP’s greatest technologies: The Cone Valve damping system and the AER spring system. This fork with split technology has been developed in close collaboration with current World Championship riders aboard many different motorcycle brands. The Cone Valve damping leg is an evolution of the traditional Cone Valve fork with damping optimized for use in combination with an AER spring leg.The AER spring leg was developed with maximum possible performance, almost unlimited configurations and the easiest possible handling in mind.

Fully adjustable compression and rebound damping allows individual optimization for each rider and their style of riding.

WP Cone Valve Forks replace the original forks. They are designed to fit in the original triple clamp and to be used with the original axle. The fork can also be reused for other bikes of the same type. WP Cone Valve Forks are tested and designed to offer the highest performance in combination with the WP TRAX shock absorbers. Considering the great range of setups that this fork allows, it can often times be used across a range of disciplines such as MX, Cross Country and Enduro. Small changes can make a significant difference in the behavior of this competition fork. Therefore always use a standard setup as reference and make only small changes at a time. Consult owner’s manual for details.

What are Pro Components?

WP's Pro Components line is aftermarket suspension designed for riders who want the highest quality components and are willing to pay a premium.

Quickbooks activator v0.6 build 70. Pro Components are manufactured to tight tolerances using high quality materials, fine surface finishes, and low-friction coatings. These improvements reduce friction compared to OEM suspension components, and is perhaps their most significant advantage. In fact, to achieve a similar feeling of stiffness to OEM suspension, all Pro Components required much stiffer damping. The additional “stiffness” in the OEM components is due to the additional friction. Friction is perhaps the one thing in suspension where no compromise is involved: less friction is always better. When setup appropriately for the rider, Pro Components can deliver high confidence at high speeds.

The XACT PRO fork is the successor to WP’s well-regarded Cone Valve fork. On connait la chanson torrent 411 film directory. It retains the same Cone Valve technology, which is simply a shimless mid-valve. The cup-in-cone valve is actuated via a coil spring, providing the variable orifice function shims normally handle. The Cone Valve spring rate is linear, unlike shims which are progressive. Also unlike shims, it does not have a maximum safe deflection distance. The Cone Valve can be setup stiffer and with less float than a shimmed valve without ruining rider comfort. The XACT PRO is available in two basic variants:

  • XACT PRO 7548 - Closed Cartridge with Coils Springs

  • XACT PRO 7448 - Closed Cartridge with Air Spring

XACT PRO SUPERTRAX Shock

The XACT PRO SUPERTRAX shock features an updated version of the Trax mechanism used in previous Pro Component shocks. Trax reduces rebound damping when the rear wheel is off the ground, helping the tire get back to traction as quickly as possible. Unique features:

  • Externally adjustable Trax mechanism - infinitely easier to use and understand than previous generation.

  • High-end construction - dramatic reduction in friction compared to OEM components.

  • Nitrogen bladder instead of a piston separator — this has advantages (lower friction) and disadvantages (requires more frequent service) compared to WP’s traditional piston separator setup.

  • Separate high-speed and low-speed compression adjusters - instead of a concentric dual compression control (DCC) found on OEM shocks.

  • Rebound separator valve, which isolates compression and rebound adjustments, and increases low speed compression damping at the mid-valve (which can aid in pressure balance).

Tuning

Like any suspension hardware, Pro Components depend entirely on setup. The best parts in the world can’t make a poor or mismatched setting perform well. Think of it as hardware and software, where suspension components are the hardware, and the valving, springs, and air gap are the software. One can’t work without the other. Kreft Moto is experienced with WP’s range of recommended setups, as well as customized versions based on our own testing. Our experience enables us to make the most of your Pro Components purchase.

Dyno Verificaiton

Kreft Moto puts every WP Pro Component through our dyno verification process. The dyno allows us to compare your specific components to a known baseline, and adjust your setting as needed to match a target outcome precisely. This additional quality control step ensures we deliver the absolute best possible Pro Component suspension.
